Lovely staff, clean facilities, spacious waiting rooms
Every time I've come here, everyone is always really friendly and professional.
No one answers the phones, staff is mostly rude, and don't want to do their jobs all around the USA has horrible healthcare. Things need to change. Only thing good here is the pharmacy.
I had an appointment today and left before being seen. They took me back to get my medical history and the MA was very respectful. Minutes later someone else walks in and doesn’t address me or say their name or why they are in the room. It later becomes clear that she is there to help train the other lady. They went back and forth with the nurse being rude in her disposition and her tone with the way she was correcting the other lady. I’ve been calling for the last 3 months to both their numbers and never a response I have been having to go to urgent care to get checked cause I can never get an appointment and when they do decided to answer and schedule an appointment they call the same day of appointment to cancel. I’ve been in this game around for over 3 months.
