I wish i could give them a negative star. Very bad experience and won't recommend this practice. They are running a scam in billing. I had the most unpleasant experience with this practice, they billed me fraudulantly and over charged by thrice the amount! Office staff never picks up the call and never returns the call after leaving so many messages. Expect to pay a lot more in frivolous charges after insurance payment and your co-pay.

Not a pleasant experience with this practice. They bill certain items which are already part of other items that are billed to insurance and paid by them. They will not bill those items to insurance initially(saying that insurance normally don't pay it)and after repeated calls, they agreed to bill it to insurance. Dr. Bass performed a frenectomy on my 15 year old daughter. From setting the appointment, to making her feel comfortable, the procedure and then the after-care, everything about this office is first class!!
