He provided care to my elderly mother who has dementia. She was very apprehensive at first but he was gentle, made light humor and she became very comfortable. He provided her with great care and she had immediate comfort after completing her care with him. She commented that her toes felt wonderful and was pain free from his reducing the thick, toenails she had. Her shoes were once again comfortable to wear.
He is terrible with my elderly residents in the nursing home I work at. He goes fast and is rough causing them pain during the process of trimming their nails with his dremel or shaving down a callous or plantar wart. I wouldn’t let him touch my family member with a 10 foot pole. If I had my way he wouldn’t be the podiatrist that came into my facility.
