Worst doctor. Rude. Mean. Dismissive. Made fun of the questions I had for him that I actually just said nevermind and stopped asking him. He does NOT give a damn about you. Zero compassion. Worst I’ve ever seen. Kaiser has some pretty terrible doctors but this guy takes the cake.
I had a deeply disappointing experience with Dr. Russell J. Clayton at Kaiser Permanente Panorama City. From the moment I walked into his office, I was shocked by the unclean environment. There were even visible blood stains on the wall. Dr. Clayton was dismissive, rude, and completely lacked compassion. He did not listen to my concerns and made me feel as if I was exaggerating or lying about my pain. I left his office feeling humiliated, hopeless, and in tears. I would not recommend him to anyone.
Worst doctor ever. Incredibly rude and unprofessional. Schedule with literally anyone else.
