Russell is a no b.s. type of guy he is here to do what he thinks is fair and so far had been upfront and straight forward about things. I think he had a great aura about him and his personality is awesome. I think he and his staff/co-workers are friendly and inviting on top of the family feeling environment within the office. When I walked in I felt welcomed and comfortable.
