Cecilia Perez-Matos is a shyster. Paid this one a pretty large sum of money to help us with a some legal matters and she did not do any of what she said she would. Up front we were told that she would do things and we were really happy and excited. But as time went on us thinking she was working for us and not wanting to be pushy pushy we found out she had not ever done any of it. She keeps using her condition as excuses.
