Heffner -- Great real estate attorney We contracted Larry Heffner with a real estate problem that arose after we sold our last house. He resolved the problem quickly and easily through simply writing a letter. His fee was very reasonable for making a potentially ugly problem just go away. He specializes in real estate law, though, and I cannot speak for all of his associates. A friend of mine contracted someone else in his office for a custody problem and was not pleased with the service she received.
Shafted the second time around! I used Mr. Russell for my Divorce, Child Custody, Child Support and Visitation case all at once and he did a great job for around $3100. I then returned to use him for just a child support case when my Ex tried reducing his support and when I got my bill I was astounded!! We basically walked in, the judge set the new number for support and walked out and I was charged $3500!!!!! I am so upset that as a single mother STILL not receiving support that he would charge like this! I've called a repe... read more
