Disgusting care for sanitation standards. My family member laid in their own spoilage for 3 days without the bedding being changed, nor being wiped down. Their room was not mopped, and there was dried pee all over the floor. When I requested new bedding be changed, the primary care nurse acknowledged our concern and promptly requested new bedding. I've had a mix of experiences here. The doctors are knowledgeable and provide good care, but like many rural facilities, they often seem stretched thin and overworked. The same goes for the nursing staff - some are excellent and compassionate, while others come across as tired or frustrated, which is understandable given the workload they likely face. I’m so grateful for the wonderful nurses at Russell, they have been amazing at helping my daughter with all her heath issues this last year
