2 month wait time for an appointment on refills. Immediately walking in Staff informed me they were just about to contact me to reschedule despite being early for my appointment . although not having to wait 2 hours this time was refreshing. Personally, do not believe it is professional to wear flip-flops in bare feet, tank tops, and shorts in a medical setting. This felt very unhygienic and was off putting. Disgusting care for sanitation standards. My family member laid in their own spoilage for 3 days without the bedding being changed, nor being wiped down. Their room was not mopped, and there was dried pee all over the floor. When I requested new bedding be changed, the primary care nurse acknowledged our concern and promptly requested new bedding. I've had a mix of experiences here. The doctors are knowledgeable and provide good care, but like many rural facilities, they often seem stretched thin and overworked. The same goes for the nursing staff - some are excellent and compassionate, while others come across as tired or frustrated, which is understandable given the workload they likely face.
