The best PT I have visited. Knowledgeable and excellent stretching and strength routines to speed recovery. I was treated as an individual and routines were adapted according to my specific needs. My specific pain tolerance, or lack thereof was always evaluated and I could control and limit every exercise as I needed. Just a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional environment that has helped me in rcovering from surgery to both shoulders.
Started PT here recommended by my surgeon. Facility is understaffed. My 4th visit there I was subjected to a truly painful episode with a temporary or physical therapist in training. My experience made me feel pain like I experienced only after a couple days out of surgery. I am wondering if I will have to go back into surgery to correct the damage this temporary did. Even the temporary said he was getting his PT somewhere else. Ouch!
