i am distressed. Especially after reading this and hearing about their service from some long time residents. I ordered a screened-in porch in February. No word yet except they ordered the material for $12,000.00. That was half down. I will report back . After seeing a similar project at a friend's home, I probably overpaid. That is my fault for not investigating but i trusted the salesman. No blueprints nor list of materials.
Took 90 days to get material for warranty work only after many phone calls. they tried to get me to pay $1200, " just to get on their schedule". I had to hire an attorney in order to get the material that was owed to me. They refused to install it!!
I have done business with you for many years. The latest was a complicated mirror removal and replacement job. Susan and Scott ou worked through it so nicely and accomodated me while I was sick for a few days. You are the perfect example of Personal Service. I got great advice and the job was carried out with extra care. Much appreciated.
I just wanted pass a long a Thank you and Job well done to everyone over at Russell Glass. The team put in my window replacement in this morning and it looks great- The guys were very professional, cleaned up everything and just did an overall great job. If I have any other issues be assured I will call Russell Glass
To improve your services - Return Phone Calls. Assist a customer who spent $50,000 on your PGT windows and still after 3 years has not been able to resolve all the issues with them. My original order was delivered the wrong color, then with reorder and another 2 month delay order was missing windows, then with reorder was still missing windows. It took 7 months to get my house enclosed. Now I am not able to get my final CO because of 2 broken sliding doors and you have offered no assistance, not even return of phone calls of... read more
