I've had to call Russ twice for help. The first time, he made it out right away and the problem was fixed in minutes. The second time, Kris helped me over the phone in just a few minutes. They are knowledgeable and experienced and I don't have to think twice about calling them for help. It's like calling family. You know you're going to get great service and they're going to treat you well. What more could you ask for?

We went with a middle-of-the-road option and never felt pressured to overspend on anything fancier than we wanted.
