Tried ordering flowers for valentines day, and spoke with a lady that wasn't very helpful. She had a sour attitude and just seemed to talk down to me. I was just wanting prices on certain flowers to be delivered on valentines day. She wasn't very helpful at all. I knew right away I didn't want this lady to take my order and arrange my flowers for my girlfriend. I instead went with LA Florals in Overland Park where they were very nice and helpful over the phone. They arranged a beautiful set of flowers for a nice price.

This florist has been around for a long time and that's for a good reason. Kind people who work with any idea you have or help you figure out what you want to send. I have sent quite a few arrangements with them and i have always received great compliments from my friends and family who received the flowers.The quality and style of the flowers is always great and the product lasts a long time.

Warning!!! Do not use this florist!! We live in Florida; attempted to order flowers for a friend that lives in the same town as this florist but, they lost the order and the flowers were never delivered. The flowers were a birthday gift surprise and the surprise was on use when they never arrived at the home. We had called the florist personally by phone to make the order yet, they claim they never received a order even after they took my credit card number and wrote down what was to be put on the card.
