The only reason they're getting 2 stars is because my car did come out pretty clean! But when I found this morning that prescriptions were missing out of my center counsel, I right away called them to let them know what happened. At first it was "no one should be in there" then it changed to sometimes people want that cleaned out. Are you kidding me? So your guys will go into my personal space and "throw things away" but not toss a bottle with cigarette butts in it that in clear view?? I had signed up for the membership but ... read more
Not even a "basic" wash anymore. Starts with the Gold Package which is equal in service to what the standard used to be but more than twice the price. Additionally, I always have to go home and wipe areas they missed and often get out my own vacuum. Need to find another car wash!

Not happy at all. Payed 40 bucks for there standard was and wax. Mud was still inside my truck on my doors. Water/soap spots all over. Wheels and tires weren't touched. And as I'm walking back up I sit down and the guy starts revving my engine there in the parking spot.. not professional and not that I care about this part but I was asked about which air freshener I wanted and none was put in...
