I live 5 minutes down the road and have come here numerous times over the last several years. It has consistently gotten worse and more frustrating as time goes on. I'll give them a B+/A- on quality of wash. Their number one problem, though, is their unreliability. I literally cannot count how many times I have come here, even racing home from work in Irvine, to make it within their business hours, only to find out that they arbitrarily closed early.
