Rude, unprofessional, and not completely legal. REG tried to levy a fee to his tenants for a repair to structures that were outside of the rented spaces. The need for repair was not caused by any of the tenants and seems to be regular maintenance. When asked in writing by the tenants to show which part of their leases indicated that such costs should be born by the tenants, he never replied. This company is the worst company I have dealt with in 35 years, They hire unscrupulous property maintenance people who will steal your outdoor items, while doing a very poor job cleaning and they scrimp on supplies. Even their own people will complain about how cheap REG LLC is as a way of explaining why there is never water, soap or sundry supplies in the bathrooms they are supposed to maintain.
