Knowledgeable people that have been there for years.
Our contractor put in an order for some lumber etc. for us to have a pool deck built. To begin with the process was a little less than desirable. My husband had started calling that morning to see if we could pay over the phone etc. Then he went there on his lunch and they couldn't find the order. So finally I was able to go there to attempt to pay for the order. I had already called with a less than pleasing attitude and trying to determine what the issue was.
