Both my husband and I have had our follow up colonoscopies in the last month. The staff and Dr Havranek were so professional and kind to work with. This is the 5th between the two of us and even though we don’t have the same physician that originally referred us we opted to stay with Dr. Havranek. We don’t have to have another for 5 years but have every intention of using him again

Dr. Havranek and staff were SUPERB. Everyone was friendly and professional, starting from my very first phone call as a new patient. The phone representatives, the girl who checked me in, the front office staff, the nurses, Dr. Havranek and his Nurse Practioner, the after care, everything was a 10/10. I couldn’t be happier.

Dr. Havranek is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. I always feel confident and, most importantly, BETTER upon leaving his office. I travel a distance to my appointments, so if I have any pressing questions, he is only a phone call or e-mail away via the Patient Portal. He and his staff are very responsive (and fast), which I appreciate. I always recommend him to family and friends. As someone else mentioned, I'd give his office more than 5 stars if I could!

As a patient, I can truly recommend Dr. Havranek and Kelly to everyone. They helped me with my acid reflux and gallbladder. They made me feel safe, which is very important to me.
