No one has told me things about seats,comfort, looks and quality like jay has and he rides so he knows things. How he looks at how you sit on your bike. High standards for this company and there as nice as their cat. Stop by it will be well worth it
We love these custom seats, the receptionist cat was very friendly. All staff we encountered wes courteous, knowledgeable and even loaned us a seat for our bike so we could go to lunch and back to hotel before we pick up the completed project. This is our 2nd seat purchase. 1st was our HONDA ST1300, the new bike is a HONDA GOLDWING. We are very pleased with our modified seat.
My tailbone always hurt on longer rides, forcing me to either cut the ride short, take longer breaks, ride standing up, or just endure the discomfort. From the moment I installed my new seat from Russell the pain is gone. It does take a bit to break in especially under my upper thigh but it quickly settled into a very comfortable ride with NO PAIN or soreness. 30 years riding with daily mileage limited by rearend pain GONE. Russell's day-long saddle is an excellent product. I can't overstate the difference this saddle has made in my riding enjoyment. Worth every penny.
Awesome experience at Russell getting a custom seat built. Im fortunate enough to live nearby, so got the "Ride in" experience and was abole to be a oart of the design. Jay was on his game explaining the process, options, and getting me a spot booked.
