Nancy handles every bereaving family as if they were her own. She takes care of all of the details that the loved ones are not strong enough or able to think of because they're still in shock and exhausted over losing their loved one. I will always insist on Russell's being the ones to take care of those moments in the future. Thank you Nancy Russell for being there for me and my family in the worst time of our life when we lost my mom.
Nancy is a very caring person that will go out of her way to be of help , before, during, and after your loved ones funeral. Thanks for your care and the care from everyone on your staff. You all are very much appreciated!
All staff was absolutely amazing! Losing a family member is a hard process to go thru, but with all staff hospitality they have just made you feel so at ease and more accepting of the situation. They were also helpful with any recommendations and just helping keep everything organized and make things easier for the family. Thanks a millions to all staff you all are wonderful.
