Russell builders remodeled our home in 2017. We spent over 1.5 million on the house project. We also hired Russell builders to handle three additional buildings on our property. I thought their work was the best in the world. It turns out they didn’t seal our veranda correctly on the house and it is completely rotted. When I contacted the company they came out to see the job and responded by text the next day that this is out of warranty and they walked away.
