The title says it all Dr. Russell is a ok doctor his staff has no follow up they have no problem getting your money they just have a difficult time offering anything else .

My wife went to this guy for a ‘check-up’. She’s self-pay, no insurance. We got notified later that she could drop dead ‘any minute’, and she needs to go to Chtistus hospital‘immediately,. They claimed her potassium was over 8, go to Christus NOW! Naturally, I rushed her there, and after being seen by no less than 4 med staff, including a PA, the doctor finally came in with the ‘news’ - her labs were perfectly normal, there was never any danger, and that he sees this ‘all the time’ - Russel’s labs were misread. Dr. Russell is an excellent diagnostician. He takes his time and listens to his patients problems. He will refer you to a specialist if needed. He is proactive but will not recommend unneeded tests or actions
