For now I'm leaving two stasr but hopefully I'll be able to change my rating. Took my 2010 silverado down there cause I was having issues with a low beam headlight not working sometimes well he said he could fix it that day which he did and charged me 300 dollars to put a new plug on and it worked for 2 days but now it's doing the same thing and I can't get in touch with them so idk what to do. I can say they were professional and quick. I just want my car fixed so I'll change my rating when the issue is resolved.
Have only had good experiences here; I've been to this place twice and both times they're honest and timely. I pretty much only trust this place from now on because they won't push unnecessary stuff on you. Good people!
They'll claim they can fix it, then have your SUV sit in their lot for 6 weeks getting broken into, then say they can't get a $170 part of ebay. Claim to have done a tune up despite it throwing a misfire code while sending me over to Worth Exhaust. These guys have wasted my time and practically stolen my money for services not rendered. Sending me home with a misfire and misdiagnosed catalytic converter is stealing. Do not give them your business. Their quality of work is trash. The Russell Bros are dishonest scum.
Fixed my transmission. Quick. Easy to talk to. Genuine. 2007 Mercury Marinar was down a year and riding in the wind. Thanks to Russell brothers. Glory be to God. Happy.
