My name's Muriel. I had Tripple AAA tow my car to their shop. It was in REALLY bad shape. These men in the shop, did an AWESOME! job on my car. They did more work on it to get it back on the road, than they initially was suppose to. And still charged me MUCH LESS, than the work actually cost. They answered all my questions. When we left for vacation in my Audi A8, my car started running shaky and bouncing. We got it towed to Russell brothers. Initially, I was worried about the fact that Audis are notorious for being extremely expensive on repairs. Russell Brothers got to the car quickly, and when I picked it up, I was pleasantly surprised at a bill that was about a 70% below what I would've payed at the dealer! If I could leave a zero star I would, took my car in because it wasn’t heating up to the optimal coolant temp that it was supposed to run at. A week later I was charged $1200 got my car back with check engine light still on. So I thought no big deal maybe they just forgot to clear the code and it’s fine I’ll just clear it myself. Not even a mile down the road after picking it up, now my car starts overheating with coolant pouring out of it , so I take it back and they “fix” it. For now I'm leaving two stasr but hopefully I'll be able to change my rating. Took my 2010 silverado down there cause I was having issues with a low beam headlight not working sometimes well he said he could fix it that day which he did and charged me 300 dollars to put a new plug on and it worked for 2 days but now it's doing the same thing and I can't get in touch with them so idk what to do. I can say they were professional and very quick. UPDATE took my truck back today and got it fixed and there was no charge!!! So I'm ... read more
