I unfortunately did not have a very good experience here. My car had issues where it was jolting while I was driving. My husband was out of town so I gave them his phone number to contact him through the whole process to see about proceeding with any repairs. They never called him once. Dropped my car off on my lunch break and got a call about 2 hours later saying it was ready for pickup. My checkout experience was very odd. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Extremely Rude and unprofessional during the first encounter. I was given a recommendation to visit them, but I won't be doing business based on that experience alone.

Wow I had to step in and take this situation over from my niece customer service 0/0 super rude the owner Jim is very very rude won’t even let you address the issue this man over talked us and was basically saying that if we don’t have the money don’t waste there time when we couldn’t tell him the issue he wouldn’t allow us to speak don’t call them asking for a quote or a roundabout estimate because Jim is going to assume you can’t afford repairs if you don’t just send your car up there first and ask financial questions late... read more
