Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes Does the pediatrician have other doctors or nurse practitioners that can provide care if the pediatrician is sick or unavailable? Absolutely. They have plenty of nurse practioners and doctors as back-up support Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time

Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Yes, I always enjoy my appointments Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time

Yes, he/she looked very professional Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring Did this pediatrician allow you to be with your child at all times? Yes, they allowed me to accompany my child Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? No, they were polite

Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Somewhat, they eventually called me back Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

If your child is sick can the pediatrician see him/her on the same day? Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. Their staff is very friendly and professional.
