I agree with other remarks as they have whited them out. Betty Russell is a big joke tom this town. We need more experienced people who do their job. She is unprofessional and will always side with the person hiring her. She does not use correct tactics with your children. She actually poisons their mind. If you want your child hurt instead of helped use her, she will destroy them. If you leave your e-mail she will use you against the children again. Betty was the first therapist to help me understand how I felt about my situation. Other therapists listened but didn’t challenge or ask me to elaborate- to draw (literally) how I felt. That moment changes my life. Her way of educating in combination with listening and challenging changed my life. In all honesty, she saved my life by offering me the self-talk I needed when I felt like I didn’t deserve to exist. I know that not every therapist is right for every person. Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Did they follow up with you after your appointment? I had a follow-up appointment, but I scheduled it. Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around

Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office?
