We had purchased a 2015 Optima in September of 2015, and it was time for the first oil change, so I set it up with the service department at Russell Barnett. Everything went smoothly and efficiently, from calling for the appointment to choosing a day and time to the actual service. I will go back again. I feel my new car is getting the best service.
