This review is specifically in regard to the salesman Lucas and his commitment to a quality sale. We purchased a (new to us) Toyota Sienna off the lot mid May. Unfortunately, this vehicle had not been detailed thoroughly prior to our purchase. The dealership brought it back to detail it post purchase and upon inspection the work done was very minimal & lacking attention to detail.
