I have been taking my vehicles here for over a decade. The work is quality in a timely manner. The personnel (I am bias) are friendly and if they don’t understand something they work hard to figure it out. This is the kind of place where people put their phones down and look you in the face and communicate with you. They get to know you by name. These guys understand that a vehicle is a livelihood for many people so they treat you as part of their family and take good care of you.
Had a brake line rupture while traveling and were blessed to find Russell Auto Parts and Service. They squeezed us into their busy schedule and got us back on the road. Nice - oh so nice - people. Excellent service. Highly recommend!
Best mechanic shop around. Brought my 05 buick here multiple times and they always do great work. I was surprised how quickly we were able to get all the stuff done I needed done. Excellent service all the way around.
