DO Russell Anderson claims to be known as Dr. Russ. Dr. Russ is the Dr. for Horizon Home Health and Hospice. In August I selected this hospice service for my mother. Dr. Russ asked plenty of questions and I was delighted he would be a good health care provider. However, it was the opposite. In the time of need, Dr. Russ refused to come until a previously arranged appointment. When he did come, Dr. Russ prescribed opioids to my opioid intolerant mother. I think Dr Anderson is a very caring Dr. I havent had a Dr who actually calls me to make sure I am alright and he always returns my calls, instead of having his medical assistant call like most Dr 's. Personally I feel better knowing that I have a physician who truly cares. The office is nice, the staff are nice, professional, clean and I have no problem getting in when needed.

If I could give 0 stars i would. Showed up at urgent care and sat for about an hour because there was no dr or ma there. Came back the next day for a scheduled appt and sat for another hour. Finally cancelled my app . Can now see why they closing at the end of the month. Advise no one follow the poor service to Holliday.
