I am very pleased with the support I have received. The individuals I have spoken to have been very kind, caring and available when I reach out. My situation is time sensitive and subsequently I have received guidance and service in a very timely manner.
My questions, emails and concerns were all answered very quickly. Jacqueline and the staff have been very supportive and understanding of the situation. The initial consultation made me feel at ease and realize this is the right firm for me. The intake process was easy and convenient. I know I am in good hands.
Stay away from this place. They have their spot in hell waiting for them, trust me they don’t care. All this law firms does is bleed money out of your pocket. Do not trust the reviews. As soon as you sign the retainer they ask you to review them. Hence why they have 4.9stars.

My overall experience thus far with Russell Alexander family lawyers has been excellent. I filled out their online intake form and was promptly contacted by the intake specialist.
