Just completed the intake process and really appreciated the attentiveness of Cara. We had a few back and forth exchanges as I tried to find the right-fit lawyer close to me. She was very responsive and polite. During a difficult time of having to acquire a family lawyer, it was a good start by making the process as easy as possible.

My experience with Russell Alexander Family Lawyers was disappointing. Throughout the process, I felt that my matter was not treated as a priority, and communication often lacked clarity and consistency. Considerable time and money were invested, yet the results were minimal and progress felt unnecessarily prolonged. I would encourage anyone considering this firm to think carefully before proceeding.

I retained this firm to help renegotiate my separation agreement. When I asked for guidance on how to handle what I now know was bad-faith tactics such as stonewalling, gaslighting, coercive control, emotional manipulation, conditional cooperation, and the exploitation of my suffering, I did not receive meaningful insight or strategies. they just want your money, they want you to be broke, they want you to fight with your ex spouse! so they get all the money. that's so crazy, giving me anxiety, useless, I fired them after first call with lawyer. note: if you have a friendly divorce breakup, do not hire a lawyer!
