Dr York is a really great doctor and he takes the time to talk to his patients. I hate that you are moving to the Mack location it is very Nasty there!! Lobby smells like urine .
Dr York has a great bedside manner. I really liked him a lot. His receptionist, not so much. Borderline rude.
Dr. York has many negative reviews for a reason. He did not take the time or care to help with the concerns I raised and would not listen to other symptoms than what was listed on the referral. I was told repeatedly, "that is not my job." My concerns were not heard and immediately dismissed by this doctor, which is funny because you need a referral to get an appointment. Do not waste your time.
I tried to see Dr York today and I see why he has so many negative reviews at his other location. You can't get in touch with the office. The office information is listed incorrectly. Once you get to the building you can't find his suite. They said I needed a referral which I was unaware of since it was not mentioned when I made the appointment. They said they tried calling me but they left no messages for me to return the call and the number they called from does not go to their office!! After all this confusion and having ... read more
