I approached Russel via Google search and based on reviews and so glad I did. He and his assistant, Kalenzi, were a pleasure to have at and in the home, so respectful and tidy and did an amazing job of re-working 20 skylight windows in a difficult roofline. The communications were exemplary in arranging visits and the guys were on time. Weather impacted one visit but again, communications were immediate.
