They saved the day with professionalism and expertise! Russ helped us find the best water heater, Bill and Gage installed and cleaned up every scrap. They found leaks and fixed them - all with a respectful and kind approach. I can't say enough about how great they are!!!
Bill (w/ Russ Co.) = No B.S. Funny enough, Russ Co. was my second opinion I brought in to take a look at my HVAC, and though I hadn’t properly communicated the repair to him that the other HVAC company had quoted out, we figured that out pretty quick when we both took a look at the itemized quote. Bill took the time to understand the scope, pivot the project from a replacement to a repair (saving me money) and he was able to get out here in a timely manner! 10/10 will Recommend Russ Co. Everytime!
