I got a combination Thai massage and overall had a wonderful experience. The practitioner did find one really sore spot that didn’t quite appreciate the firm pressure that the rest of my body did. Other than that, the rest of me loved it.
Scheduled a massage here last minute and had a fantastic experience. Best deep tissue massage I’ve had in a long time!
I went to Russamee last weekend because of muscle strain in one leg. The masseuse focussed on that area for a bit while providing a full body deep tissue massage. She found tightness in numerous places. After a one hour session, the leg pain was barely noticeable, and two days later there's no pain at all. I will make followup visits if my exercise routine challenges my leg again. The massage was thorough and filled with "good" pain. I've had massages elsewhere, and this was as effective and enjoyable as any of them.
I had a very bad massage here, got the Thai. The therapist spent the 60 min mostly rubbing my skin, or applying pressure very intensely in a small point (which was painful), or massaging bony areas. At the beginning I was very confused but as time went on I realized this was the pattern. Any proper massage technique (actually massaging soft tissue) was brief. I left with more pain in my body than I came in with.
Truly some of the best massages we have ever had. Nat was so calm and focused while being powerful, discovering the body edges. Kate did exactly what was requested of her, which was to absolutely crush the body! A sweet spot with a row of curtained off practice spaces. All treatments were performed on a table. Tea served after the sessions.
