I had a very bad massage here, got the Thai. The therapist spent the 60 min mostly rubbing my skin, or applying pressure very intensely in a small point (which was painful), or massaging bony areas. At the beginning I was very confused but as time went on I realized this was the pattern. Any proper massage technique (actually massaging soft tissue) was brief. I left with more pain in my body than I came in with.
Truly some of the best massages we have ever had. Nat was so calm and focused while being powerful, discovering the body edges. Kate did exactly what was requested of her, which was to absolutely crush the body! A sweet spot with a row of curtained off practice spaces. All treatments were performed on a table. Tea served after the sessions.
I made a reservation with a specific therapist. They switched me to a different gendered therapist without checking with me or saying anything. Unacceptable. Edit: You reply blaming me for not objecting BUT YOU DID NOT CHECK WITH ME. Your therapist simply started massaging me without saying a single word. I am objecting to you now, publicly, so that others know to expect this behavior.
Hands down best massage I’ve had. Kate was very attentive to my needs while also exploring new areas of tension I was previously unaware of. This was also the first time I got the pressure I needed!
One of the best massages of my life. Go for 90 minutes - it's worth it to have time to really cover everything. Jessie was terrific. I have sciatica and she knew all the pressure points to hit that are not even in my back but my legs hips feet and arms! Amazing!
