My daughter and I ordered two bridesmaids dresses from here. I had to pay extra for rush shipping, which wasn't a problem. When my daughters came in, it was fine. My dress was gonna take a little longer to ship. I was totally ok with that and understood. When my dress did arrive, it was completely the wrong dress. Some of the worst service I've ever had. Several phone calls and messages, no responses from them. Felt like an inconvenience when I was free being fitted. I had to leave work early to have my dress re-cut as it was cut on an uphill slant. The day before the wedding is when my friend picked up the dress. I paid 84 dollars for alterations, which quite frankly looks like it was completed by the 7th grade home economics class.
