Let me start by saying, I firmly believe in writing an honest review based upon my experience. I, myself, look to reviews to decide if I am going to use a business or not. Terrible service, the company is not competent enough to repair garage doors or install custom garage doors, called them because our garage door was a bit heavy while opening, then I saw spring just hanging (determined and fixed by another company), the guy came out and said he can't fix it, that if he tighten it the spring might snap (What!?!?!) and that we're better off to get a new door, ok fine let's get a new door install, the sales person came out looked at it and said they can't install a new door, opening is too smal... read more
