I can't even begin to explain how AMAZING this company is. I've dealt with Auto body shops in the past and they were HORRIBLE. Service took forever, hardly updated me and parts that were replaced weren't even aligned. Russ Ward Auto Body has exceeded my expectations! Had a great experience here. They did an awesome job on my car, everything came out looking really clean. They kept me updated throughout the whole process, which I really appreciated. It made everything feel super easy and stress-free. You can tell they actually care about their work and their customers. Our shuttle bus door was not opening I immediately called Charlene and with in 1 hour they fixed our bus..We are now able to transport our families from our family shelters .I highly recommend this business. They have been around a very long time. They are very honest and trustworthy. HIS-OC is extremely grateful
