Charlene and Staff were awesome! I needed my windshield replaced and they got me the best quote in the area, were able to get me in for replacement quickly and had my car ready in 4 hours. Pricing was transparent, the staff was so friendly, and they communicated with me every step of the way. I will absolutely be recommending Russ Ward to friends and family moving forward!
I had an amazing experience at Russ Ward! I damaged my car turning out of a parking garage and had to replace the whole part. It was hanging over my head for a long time since the BMW dealership wanted to charge so much but when I got a quote from Russ Ward, it was nearly half the price! Richard and his crew are all great! If you are looking for a good body shop, one that has been family owned and operated since 1958, look no further than Russ Ward Auto Body. I busted the back window on my 2004 Jeep Wrangler TJ hardtop. I had some roof rack bolt holes filled and blended with my existing textered roof.
