I am happy that I took my car to Russ ward auto body. They did nice job on my car on time. Prices were reasonable and customer service is exceptional. Char and her team had answer to my question, explain the process and also help me with connecting with PI lawyer group ( BridgeWater law group). I must say Russ Ward's auto body office and shop is super clean compare to other auto body shops.. I appreciate the cleanliness.

I had a great experience with Russ Ward Auto Body. From beginning to end, the team kept me updated throughout the repair process and made everything easy to understand. I worked closely with Stephanie and her team on getting my vehicle fixed up. I had gotten into a car accident that affected the whole driver's side of the vehicle and working with her and her team was smooth and quick! They were very communicative on updates or delays and just about anything and everything felt like such a pleasant experience and process with getting my vehicle fixed up. Very wonderful and friendly team and Im glad I entrusted my vehicle getting fixed up with them! Thank you so much for everything!
