I would have given zero stars if I could! We bought an existing beach house that Russ Palmer built in 2010 in 2018. It is a beautiful house but was poorly constructed in numerous areas. Shortly after buying the house we discovered a leak coming from the stone chimney. After having all the stone removed we discovered the chimney had not been flashed properly resulting in the leak.
