Edit: Changed score while we try to work thru some vibration issues. They're standing behind the product and support service. Now, just need to find a solution. New 2026 F150 with vibration present at highway speeds.
Not a good start for the new management. Brand new F150. Shakes at idle, highway speed imbalance, misaligned doors, hard shifting. I was told "I need to drive it 800 miles before Ford will do anything" and "that is normal, my truck does it" by the service manager. I complained at 20 miles, taken in at 150 miles, now I have a nice driveway decoration. Sales doesnt care, service doesnt care. The check cashed.... seems like my problem now.
