Had to bring my vehicle in numerous times for the same issues on a few diff occasions... I'm on a used car warranty, so... one issue is still ongoing & I won't be bringing it in for a 3rd attempt... probably will take it to a different dealership... will be calling Ford Motor above them about this, though...
I was looking for a 2025 Ranger and Dino at At Russ Milne was able to locate it at a different dealership, Had It equipped with the extra options that I wanted and delivered it to me in less than a week. I always had great service at Russ Milne Ford. The Ranger was our family’s fifth vehicle from Dino Polisena!!!
My 1st time having a technician come to my house, he was early called first to see if was alright, and he was quick and was very knowledgeable on what he had to do! Was a great experience!
Lied about fixing AC. Can’t get my husband and my vehicle straight. Has not got the recall parts in 6 months and has no record of us calling twice, not once, but twice. Done with this place
