Russ Miller seems to be an honest, hard-working man, but using him to clean the carpets in my rent house ended up costing me almost $4,000. Do not use Russ Miller if you or anyone who will live in the house is sensitive to chemicals. Russ did a beautiful job stretching the carpets and replacing some tack strips in three small bedrooms.
