Very poorly on returning your calls. Keeps telling us he will get to us on removing our tree. It's been 3 weeks and he hasn't even called us to put us on his books. He claims he is so busy, but can't even pick up phone and call us. Looks like we gonna have to call someone else that wants to work.
Russ came out and gave us an estimate, which was reasonable and said he’d able to get to the job in a week or so, within two business days they were on it. His guys did a hell of a job and did it quickly and effectively. I was really impressed. Highly recommend
Girl I babysit for had a very large dead tree that needed removed. Russ gave estimate on Tuesday said he would return on friday. Later on Tuesday he showed up . Said with more rain predicted he was very concerned tree would topple into house and hurt someone . Two very nice gentlemen worked hard all day. Very safety conscious and cleaned yard of every scrape of tree. Returned on Thursday to complete job. Very impressed with work ethics and job.
