If I could give negative stars I would. This guy should never be allowed to inspect homes again. He does not stand behind his work and will site other inspections and use it as his own. He missed the fact that my septic tank was not even connected to the house, damaged outlets inside and other misc. things. Then when asked about it his answer was its an older home.
