I’m a realtor and this guy was a complete smart ass over the phone. He also said he would do the job , then few min later texted me is no longer available for the job. This dude is highly unprofessional. He has a low temper and has no patience or no customer service ability. Get an assistant bro so you don’t keep embarrassing yourself over the phone

If I could give negative stars I would. This guy should never be allowed to inspect homes again. He does not stand behind his work and will site other inspections and use it as his own. He missed the fact that my septic tank was not even connected to the house, damaged outlets inside and other misc. things. Then when asked about it his answer was its an older home.
