If it was possible to give our experience 10 stars, we would do so. Working with Ed Pennington has been the most rewarding experience of our lives. We bought our new home by looking at it on line (we lived in NH--the house is in AZ) and trusting Ed with the details. He has gone beyond and above all expectations in helping us purchase the home and then helping make it our own. Thank goodness he has a wealth of real estate development expertise and the goodwill of many people who can help newcomers.
Rainey is the best! She had our back the whole way like a close family member. And there was no detail she missed, and made sure i didn't miss them as well. Her skill and experience led us to pay less than i ever imagined. She will be our agent for our next house or 2 in Sedona. I wouldn't pick any others.
