I signed a selling agreement with Shane Randall and Marie Dagenais for my late brother's primary home and the adjoining land. My experience with both Shane and Marie was aggravating. I repeatedly felt bullied and antagonized by them. I did not feel like I was ever listened to or that my opinions and wishes were valued. Paula is a strong agent in a strong agency. What can you say, it's Sotheby's! She was very knowledgeable about the community. Paula was patient with our process and gave great advice in the sale of our home. Would highly recommend!

I just purchased a home in flagstaff and dont even know how to describe the excellent, profesional and attentive service paula mack offered me and my familly in this purchase. I have had other realtors help me in the past and some have been good others not so much but i never realized it until i delt with paula and felt like she really did care if the purchase was right for us, and gave us a good sense of direction as far as what to request as a buyer.
