Samantha was a wonderful Realtor. She was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. This included setting up viewings, discussing plusses and minuses of the property as it related to my needs, next steps and needs during the offer, offer acceptance, and closing. She also took the time to check in with me on a regular basis, and discuss the next steps. She also could recommend several local options for inspections, financing, repair, and insurance. She was very impressed throughout the whole process.
I signed a selling agreement with Shane Randall and Marie Dagenais for my late brother's primary home and the adjoining land. My experience with both Shane and Marie was aggravating. I repeatedly felt bullied and antagonized by them. I did not feel like I was ever listened to or that my opinions and wishes were valued.
