Michelle Kalina in the Scottsdale office was the sellers agent for a home I purchased. She was very difficult to work with and somehow didn't realize that the new home owner might need the mailbox keys and the extra house keys once closing happened. She has 3 decades of experience but somehow couldn't obtain the mailbox keys or extra house keys before the closing date. As the new homeowner I am stuck with getting the mailbox rekeyed by the USPS and paying for the service and new keys.
