Similar experience rude and honestly awful service even over the phone
Rude and far from professional.
I was sent in this area for my job, I had car trouble before I could get into the gated area. I was forced to park as my car overheated, I called a tow truck immediately and they were on the way. As soon as the tow truck got there one of the lady’s in the front office came out and basically harassed me for my car being there in the first place, I tried to politely explain I was there for work.
