If I could give this a negative star I would. This is the worst company to work with. Michelle Hodges is HORRIBLE. She was the listing agent of the house we bought. She was okay with leaving sewage soaked subfloors in our bathroom and asking to cover it up with new flooring. She lied to the title company about renters being in the house and then reduced the rent by HALF weeks prior to closing without notifying the buyer. A representative from Russ Lyon Sotheby’s placed an advertisement sign on my property without permission and even gathered rocks from my property to prop up the sign. No one contacted me to request permission for these actions. I returned the sign to the property that was for sale, and the realtor claimed to have no knowledge of who placed it, stating they do not handle their own signage—a claim I find unlikely. I urge Sotheby’s to respect others’ properties and take accountability for such actions in the future.
