I booked an appointment for an oil change and was told that the appointment didn’t exist, but another senior associate was able to accommodate me because I’m a repeat customer. I would not have returned had the mistake not been corrected right away. I think going forward, a text message to confirm the appointment would be nice. I am happy with the service provided.
