I've bought 3 bicycles from here and have been satisfied every time, which is why I keep going back. I'd say that this is an "upper end/luxury" class of establishment. They do carry lower priced bikes, but what they're really good about is their selection and knowledge of top end bikes.

If you need a bike shop that cares about their customers and have the knowledge to help anything bike related. Russ Hays is the place to go, They’ve been in business for decades for reason.
I was into the shop again and dealt with Rod in the repair shop and Ryan in sales. Rod went the extra mile for me when diagnosing the repairs on a 2nd hand bike I recently purchased. Ryan advised me which was the best way to tackle my issues and stay within my budget. I always feel like I'm working with a brother when I go there and always feel like I'm in exactly the right spot. I'm a brand new MTBer and was pretty nervous to go into a bike shop, but Mike at Russ Hay's was phenomenal. He immediately introduced himself, asked my name, took a little time to understand what I was looking for and where I was at in my experience level (aka none). He then discussed a few options with me and had me test out a bike, while explaining what each component did and why he recommended that option.
