The staff is always accommodating. They always do a good job. But I’ve had my oil changed here multiple times. Scheduling in advanced. And every single time I’ve had to wait longer because someone has forgotten to order my oil filter. Every time. What’s the point of scheduling if I’m just going to wait to procure parts anyway?
